The very spacious well-finished apartment is located in a quiet and safe area on the main road East-West Connection in Meerzorg.
500 meters further is the police station of Peperpot. Approximately 20 minutes drive from the center Paramaribo.Supermarket is located 100 meters from the apartment. Property layout:
Spacious living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa, coffee table and smart TV.
Open kitchen with all cooking utensils where you can cook.

2 bedrooms with box spring beds, wardrobe. Also equipped with air conditioning.

Bathroom and toilet are in one room, equipped with cold and hot water and washing machine.

There is also a balcony with a view to the street side.

Apartment is secured with thief iron and there are cameras all around.

There is also internet available in the apartment.

Ash & Ash apartment 1, is a very nice modern spacious apartment. this apartment is rented out because we regularly go to Suriname and the rest of the time the apartment is empty.
After a lot of advice from friends and acquaintances, we rent out this apartment with great pleasure.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant, for whatever reason, returns the rented property on the agreed
cannot, will not or will not accept this date, he must inform the lessor of this

before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rental price
