Ash & Ash apartment 3, is a very nice modern spacious apartment. this apartment is rented out because we regularly go to Suriname and the rest of the time the apartment is empty.
After a lot of advice from friends and acquaintances, we rent out this apartment with great pleasure.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this must be confirmed to the landlord by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
