Singha Paya, Mirissa. Villa in beautiful garden, renovated in 2014. The main house has a large bedroom with king size bed, a small bedroom / study, a living room with extra bed and a large bathroom. The kitchen in the adjacent annex opens onto the long veranda with a dining table for at least 8 people. Behind it is the utility room with washing machine, linen and extra cooking facilities for our help who can also cook for you. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom and veranda.
At the back of the garden we have an extra guest apartment with its own bathroom. There are also two outdoor showers in the garden. Singha Paya is walled and located in a small village, between a large and a small temple 7 minutes walk from a quiet bay, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The busy Mirissa is 2 km away, 5 minutes with tuk tuk.
