From the home's terrace and living room you see Serra's Castle and fortress and the San Francisco Chapel in the surrounding hills. The chapel dates back to the 17th century and is considered by most locals as the most emblematic building in all of Naquera. These sites can easily be visited and lead to spectacular views of the Calderona mountain range, the town, and the olive and orange groves in the valleys below. A short half hour drive east from Naquera takes you to the beaches and the sea, the Valencia city center, and the Valencia airport. One hour north east takes you to the beautiful medieval town of Rubielos de Móra, awarded the distinction of "Most Beautiful Town in Spain" in 2013.
