Due to the Valencian regulations, you cannot book Tres Reinas Valencia Apartments for less than 11 days (10 nights) through Micazu and other major international platforms. Acquaintances :-) are exempted from this, but then we have to find ourselves differently.

A formality is that we conclude a simple standard contract. This is done online, so it doesn't take much effort.


For long stays - especially in the low season - we have extra attractive rates. So enjoy longer and more benefits!

The weekly cleaning fee including two sets of large and small towels p.p.  and a changed bed are included in all prices. However, we do charge for the final cleaning separately.

If you want to cancel the booking for any reason, you (the guest) must always confirm this by e-mail to the host (even if this has already been communicated to the host or Micazu by phone, for example). Dependent
of the date of the written cancellation you will pay:

    In case of cancellation more than the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
    In case of cancellation between the 30th and the 7th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If you only announce on the start date or during the rental period that you will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the full rent remains due.
