Palm Villa is a classic 4-bedroom Spanish villa with spacious, modern indoor and outdoor amenities for a comfortable stay. 

The house is south facing and therefore has maximum sunlight all year round. 

The villa has a spacious entrance and is connected to the large living and dining room, which gives direct access to the patio and pool. There is a TV with English channels. The master bedroom is also on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room with toilet. The spacious, modern kitchen with laundry room is fully equipped and has all the modern conveniences you need for extensive cooking. The kitchen leads directly to the covered dining area, which can easily seat 8 people and where you can enjoy long meals in the shade. 

The lower part of the patio provides access to the pool and outdoor kitchen/bar area with a cold drink within easy reach. Here is also an outdoor lounge with dining area and a top quality Weber gas barbecue. 

The pool and terraces around the pool offer complete privacy. 

On the top floor of the palm villa there are three double bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet and 2 sinks. There is a sitting area with an additional toilet with sink and bidet. The upper floor offers direct access to the pool area via an external staircase. Of course, this is also connected to the ground floor via an internal staircase. 

Palm Villa is set on a spacious, secluded and quiet plot of approximately 1000 m2, with a beautifully landscaped garden. The outdoor space has been designed to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle to the maximum. The pool is very special, it has an infinity edge, so that the water is at the same level as the surrounding terrace. 

Palm Villa overlooks La Vallesa, also known as "the lung of Valencia", a protected green area ideal for nature walks or bike rides. This area is a mecca for mountain bikers. People come from far and wide with their bicycles to explore this beautiful area. There are direct connections via a cycle path along the Turia River to the city centre. This offers a unique way to explore Valencia. 

Palm Villa has the ideal location for your holiday in Valencia. It is located in the green urbanization of La Canyada. This is the oldest and most prestigious urbanization in Valencia with very good connections to the airport, the city center and the famous beaches of Valencia. The villa is a short walk from the village centre of La Canyada and the metro stop with direct connection to the town. Valencia's historic centre is just a short drive away, as are the local beaches, restaurants, nightlife and arts scene. For those who love cycling, there are several options for renting bicycles.

The local village offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops, including some excellent restaurants! 

The villa is a 10-minute drive from the airport, which means you don't need to rent a car and your holiday starts 10 minutes after leaving the airport.

We have lived in the area for 15 years and prefer this area to any other in Spain. We also have a villa for rent on the Costa Blanca which is very different and has fantastic sea views.
We love the surroundings of La Canyada because it is so convenient to go to the city of Valencia or the beach. It is close to the airport and the village has everything you could wish for. The whole area is located in a pine forest, surrounded by a green belt.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required when signing the reservation contract.

The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. The deposit of 300 euros must be paid in cash on arrival.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining amount will be refunded if the cancellation is notified more than 8 weeks before arrival. Prices are usually per week, unless a stay of 5 or 6 nights is possible.

The prices include bath and bed linen and normal use of electricity and water. Details can be found in the reservation contract.

The final cleaning is included in the price, but the house must be left in the same clean condition as on arrival.
