Villa Buena Vista is a beautiful villa with lots of light located in a quiet area of Cumbre del Sol, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain, close to the seaside resorts of Moraira, Calpe and Javea.
The villa is equipped for a comfortable winter stay, double glazing throughout and an efficient wood burning stove upstairs, keeping the upstairs cozy and pleasant on a wintry day. The four air conditioners also provide effective additional heating if required. In addition, there is a gas heater on the ground floor.
Our villa is equipped with a pool heating system, which allows the pool to be heated to a temperature of about 28 C most of the year and effectively extends the summer season, allowing the pool to be heated most of the year in spring and autumn used. Pool heating is offered as an optional extra and costs EUR 200-225 per week during spring and autumn. Different conditions apply for other periods. Send us an email for more information. Pool heating is not offered during winter or July and August. Pool heating must be requested at least 4 weeks before arrival.
