Villa Buenavista Pedralba

Villa Buenavista in Pedralba is a completely renovated villa and is located among the orange groves in the interior of Valencia. Located 2 minutes walking distance to the Turia Natural Park with its beautiful river and within walking distance to the village of Pedralba with all amenities, bars and a number of restaurants.

Casa Buenavista, which means beautiful view, offers beautiful views from all terraces of the surroundings. You can enjoy a delicious glass of wine on the roof terrace. We have filled our wine fridge with the best wines from the Valencia area. There are two adjoining bedrooms that share a bathroom. Ideal for a family or a group of friends. From the bedrooms you have a view of the covered terrace with beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains and the Turia nature reserve. On this terrace is the living room with TV and a beautiful large open kitchen equipped with every luxury, including a dishwasher, gas cooker with 4 burners and a gas oven, extractor hood, microwave and last but not least a wine fridge for 8 bottles of wine in which the best Valencian wines have presented.

Enjoy luxury in the 4-person jacuzzi under the starry sky. For a special occasion we can create a romantic setup with candles and champagne.

Near the jacuzzi you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

You also have a large piece of garden at your disposal, which consists of various terraces and seating areas. The roof terrace in particular is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine on a summer evening and watch the stars. And in winter and spring this is a wonderful terrace for sunbathing.

The area is ideal for bird watching, hikers and mountain bikers. Every spring, the hoopoe bird has a nest in our garden and you can spot it from your terrace to take beautiful pictures! There is also an eagle couple nearby and the bee-eaters are never far away either.

The Turia River can be reached on foot, 200 meters away. Here you can take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear water, take a walk or fish for trout (with a permit, which we can arrange).

There are several walks from the villa, including to a beautiful cave just across the river or take the walk that leads to the viewpoint of Pedralba from where you have a beautiful view of the village and the mountains of the Sierra de Chiva.

Across the street from our villa there are sports facilities including 2 tennis courts and 2 padel courts, a large municipal outdoor swimming pool and a good restaurant where you can eat tapas, pizzas and tasty burgers. There is also an á la carte menu for dinner with fish and meat dishes. And on Sundays you can enjoy a paella! They can also bring the food to the villa if you prefer to eat at home.

The municipal swimming pool is open from the last week of June to August.

Because we also own a travel organization in the Netherlands, we can reserve a rental car for you at attractive prices. We can also reserve beautiful excursions for you, where the masses do not go. Such as a wine tasting in a beautiful old castle of a very good bodega in the area or go out with a guide who takes you to various hides where you can spot the Buitre Leonado, or griffon vulture. Half an hour away is the village of Chelva, best known for its Moorish architectural style. This village has been declared a Reserva Starlight. Its clear skies and low light pollution make for fantastic stargazing.
