Two spacious bedrooms: Each bedroom has comfortable beds (1.80 x 2 meters) and air conditioning, so you are assured of a good night's sleep.
Two modern bathrooms: Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, for a refreshing start to the day.
Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there.
Cozy Living Room: Relax in the living room with a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings and enjoy good internet for all your online needs.

Terrace and garden: Start your day with a cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy the view of the orange groves and mountains. Our garden offers several lounge areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
Private spa: Behind the house you will find a luxurious private spa with a large bath, outdoor shower and attractively lit dining area, perfect for romantic evenings.

Pool: Take a refreshing dip in our spacious swimming pool. During the day you often have it to yourself, because we are usually at work.

Walks and outings: Join our morning walks through the orange fields with our dogs, or discover the many hiking trails on your own. Take trips to local vineyards, the suspension bridge at Chulilla, or the city of Valencia which is only 35 kilometres away.
Local tips: In the house you will find an informative book with all our tips for trips and activities in the area.

We are Sander and Els, your host and hostess at Casa Pájaros. We have personally decorated this house with the aim of creating a place where people will immediately relax and feel at home. Sander's love for gardening has transformed our outdoor space into a true paradise. We enjoy quiet moments with music and a good glass of wine, and look forward to sharing our passion for this special place with you. Our dogs, Juan and Lemmy, are also happy to welcome you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for Holiday Home Rentals

1. General:

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone).

2. Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: Free.
Cancellation between the 60th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
Cancellation on the start date or during the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

3. Procedure:

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing by e-mail from the tenant to us.
Telephone cancellations are not valid unless they are also confirmed by e-mail.

4. Refunds:

Any refunds will be made to the original means of payment within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation.
