There is a very large private garden surrounding the house, which is completely fenced. There are terraces, petanque court, BBQ, pergola, veranda and shady areas and fruit trees have been planted, there is also a private driveway.
This large villa is comfortably furnished and ideally located to spend your holiday in peace and quiet, with maximum privacy and comfort. There is also a spacious separate veranda with large glass areas, where you can find your privacy. This is actually a small studio, there is a table and chairs, a small utility room with coffee maker.
In the area you can take beautiful walks, bike rides, mountain bike rides, car trips or play golf on one of the many beautiful golf courses in the area. But of course you can also relax around the house, in the large enclosed private garden, or on one of the many terraces, or at the private swimming pool. There are a total of 5 terraces around the house, there is also a solar shower by the pool and a terrace with a large BBQ and even a pizza oven. You will find plenty of parasols, sun loungers, outdoor tables and garden chairs,... bath towels, everything is provided!
All rooms in the house are very large, the kitchen is also gigantic, equipped with all appliances, large refrigerator, freezer, stove with 4 basins, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, sufficient cooking utensils and work surfaces. The kitchen is connected to the very large dining area and spacious living space. The villa itself is luxuriously furnished, all rooms are very spacious and comfortable with fitted wardrobes, the mattresses, beds and sofas are new. There are 4 very large bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Three of the 4 very large bedrooms have large sliding windows and their own private terrace, wonderfully waking up with a view of the hills from your own bed. Bedding, sheets and towels are provided! Mattresses are of very good quality and new! There is also a cot and high chair! There are 3 spacious luxurious bathrooms with walk-in shower or bath, sinks and toilets.

You can reach the village of Montroy in 5 minutes by car, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The beautiful city of Valencia and the beaches are within easy reach, they are also easy to reach in half an hour's drive.
The town of Montserrat is located near Montroy, where there is always something to do in the summer.
Montserrat is a small, cozy, lively town, there are numerous bars, restaurants, tapa bars, markets and shops. Wonderful to have a cup of coffee in the morning on one of the terraces and enjoy the typical Spanish yet authentic life.
The beautiful city of Valencia is very close by, the old town is beautiful, the markets, the beautiful Art Nouveau buildings, the famous buildings of the architect Calatrava: the Ciudad de las Arts y Sciencias, the Oceanografico, the Biopark: the beautiful zoo of Valencia . We have very good contacts with local guides and can provide you with information about this. The gastronomy is delicious and shopping pleasure is guaranteed for enthusiasts :-)
If you want to get to know the surrounding area better and enjoy beautiful nature, take a trip to the Albufera, the wine region between Utiel and Requena and visit one of the bodegas to get to know the typical Bobal wine for which Valencia is famous. Furthermore, Guadelest, Bocairent, Anna, Sagunto, Denia and other nice coastal villages and beaches... We are happy to give you advice when choosing your trips and excursions. In short, there is so much to see and experience!
