Casa Sol, holiday home near VALENCIA

Do you want to enjoy mountains, tranquility and the Spanish landscape. Then Casa Sol is what you are looking for.
Our cozy house is located near the cozy and beautiful VALENCIA in authentic Spain.

The house is located between orange and almond groves and has breathtaking views of the mountains. The site is completely fenced off so that privacy is guaranteed.

The house has several pergolas and verandas where you can enjoy lunch. Dinner or just to relax.

Our comfortable house, with private pool, can accommodate 6 people.
A cot, car seat and high chair is available on request. The house has 3 luxurious bedrooms, 1 room with  a double bed and plenty of closet space and 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed with separate duvets whose beds can also be pushed apart. Air conditioning available.

3 spacious fully equipped bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, bath and shower. The master bedroom has a double sink. Towels and bed linen is provided. From your bed you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the beautiful Spanish landscape and observe the beautiful sunrise behind the mountains.

In the living room there is a TV with which you can receive all your channels via chromecast and also watch Netflix, among other things. In winter, the house can be kept warm by air conditioners that can be hot and cold, a wood stove and a gas stove. There are solar panels on the house. On the various terraces you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset.

At the luxurious large pool is a beautiful veranda where you can enjoy the view in the shade. Relax, read a good book or watch a movie on your tablet on one of the sunbeds or garden chairs. A lovely large outdoor bbq is available.

At about 3 km is Real de Montroy where there is a large supermarket (Mas y Mas) and drive another 2 km you will arrive in Montroy where you will find the cozy pizza restaurant Il Birbone. Cozy furnishings and very affordable.

If you drive on to Montserrat (5 min) you will arrive in the nearest larger town which are a number of very well-stocked supermarkets such as the famous Mercadona with many fresh products. In Montserrat there are more restaurants such as Casa Diego which has a fantastic menu for very attractive  prices. There are also other cozy shops in Montserrat.

The luxury kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven and kettle.

In the cozy living room there is a large dining table with chairs. The luxurious sofa set with TV completes it.

The house is surrounded by a fence which keeps the whole property private. Pets in consultation.
The entire site is approximately 1200m2 and is completely private.
The beautiful and cozy Valencia and the airport are only half an hour from Montroy. It is very easy to reach by car. The roads are fine.
In the summer there are many activities such as In Montserrat where the semana Musica takes place at the end of July beginning of August. Every evening classical music on the square around the kerk.in March is the Fallas party in Valencia, but also in the villages it is celebrated with music parades, fireworks and above all a lot of fun.

Every Monday there is a weekly market in Montroy and every Sunday morning and Tuesday in Montserrat. There are excellent facilities for health care (such as general practitioners and dentists).

Valencia has many car parks. The beautiful city is divided into an attractive old and authentic part and a super modern part which makes this city very special. We can recommend a guided bike tour. Valencia has many restaurants, culture, architecture and beautiful and cozy shops. A beautiful large beach with a pleasant boulevard where you can taste the Spanish atmosphere.
A dog beach is located near Valencia and is called la Peneda.

If you want to visit real Spanish villages, there are nearby: Brunol, Cullera and Xativa, known for its castle with 30 towers and Cuera. In Montanejos you can enjoy hot springs. Some larger towns are Torrent towards Valencia and Gandia and Murcia towards Alicante.
