Casa MuchoMas is a beautiful detached villa with swimming pool and a beautiful view over Montserrat (near Valencia). In this villa we rent out the Studio and the Loft. Both accommodations are completely independent with private access.

Via a few steps (outside) you reach the studio under the house. Here you have a beautiful view over the leafy garden, the swimming pool and Montserrat. The studio has a conservatory that is completely fenced off with mosquito netting. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, such as a kitchen with all amenities to prepare a meal, bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning and heating. However, the latter rarely needs to be worn due to the fine climate in Valencia. The air conditioning is indispensable!

At the large swimming pool with sunbeds and in the leafy garden of 3000 m2 it is wonderful to stay for the guests of the Loft, the Studio and the owners. This can be naturist or dressed up as desired. The age limit is 16+.
The entire garden is fenced, so any pet can roam freely in consultation. You will find seating in various places.

Do you also want to be active? You can use various sports facilities such as a treadmill, rowing machine, etc.
There is plenty to do and see in the area. Take beautiful walks from Casa MuchoMas. There are many signposted routes here. The area is hilly and is really beautiful. Inland you will find beautiful waterfalls and lakes where you can swim.

The village life of Montserrat is within walking distance (15 minutes). Here are nice terraces and many bars and restaurants, where you can eat a three-course menu for next to nothing.
Valencia is reachable in 30 minutes by car. There is a beach in Valencia, but the most beautiful beaches can be found south of Valencia. The airport is 25 minutes by car.

Explanation of the prices
- Prices are per accommodation
- Payment: 30% within 1 week after booking; Remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival
- Minimum rental period is 3 nights
- Arrival and departure on every day of the week
- Rates include water, electricity and air conditioning

Cancellation
- A cancellation must be reported as soon as possible and is only valid if it has been confirmed by the landlord.
- In case of cancellation, no show or early departure, the tenant pays the following compensation to the landlord:

Cancellation more than 28 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
Cancellation between 28 days and 14 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
No show or early departure: 100% of the rental price.

Remaining
- The swimming pool and garden can be used by guests of the Loft, the Studio and the owners, naturist or dressed as desired
- Age limit is 16+.
- Pets allowed (for a fee)
- Washing machine can be used free of charge up to 2x a week.
- Swimming pool open from May to October.
- Wi-Fi is free.
- Sports facilities free to use (treadmill, rowing machine, stepper, weights, etc.)
