Outside, via a small staircase you reach the loft on the first floor. Here you have a beautiful view over the leafy garden, the swimming pool and Montserrat. The loft consists of a spacious room, with seating, wall bar and double bed, and a large bathroom. The loft has air conditioning and heating. However, the latter rarely needs to be turned on due to the pleasant climate in Valencia. The air conditioning is indispensable! At the wall bar you can use a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, an oven/microwave and a refrigerator. The loft has a small balcony, on the access stairs, where you can enjoy the quiet surroundings in the evening.
At the large swimming pool with sunbeds and in the leafy garden of 3000 m2 it is wonderful for the guests of the Loft, the Studio and the owners. This can be done naturist or dressed according to your wishes. The age limit is 16+. The entire garden is fenced, so any pet can roam freely in consultation. Valencia can be reached by car in 30 minutes. There is a beach in Valencia, but the most beautiful beaches can be found south of Valencia. The airport is 25 minutes by car.
