Pool house on the grounds of 2200m2 of a Spanish villa (inhabited) in a quiet area of the lively village of La Eliana, Valencia. You can walk to the center of the village in 15 minutes where there is a large park and many restaurants and terraces. Ideal stay to unwind.

Located on a swimming pool and a garden with shade to relax. The Pool house is for a maximum of two people, has its own bathroom and its own (outdoor) kitchen. There is a BBQ and a large table by the pool to use. The pool is for communal use. The (Dutch) family that lives in the main house on the property also uses the swimming pool from May to September.

Two metro stations at 5 min walking distance from the house towards Valencia center. 35 min. By car you can reach the center of Valencia in 20-25. The Turia River is a short distance from the house for a refreshing bath or a nice walk.

The beach is 30 minutes away by car.

I am Marijke, Dutch, I have been living in Spain with my husband and 3 girls (aged 13, 11 and 9) for a long time. We live in the house at the Pool house, but we like to share our beloved place with others.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 1 month before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 30th and the 6th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
