If you are looking for a villa with lots of privacy , a large (fenced) OWN swimming pool and a separate guest house, then you have now found it. Villa Canta Corazon is the place to be!! Your own paradise in a beautiful valley with nature, beach and the city (Valencia, Gandia) half an hour away.
Villa Canta Corazaon is decorated with Spanish vibes and equipped with every comfort. The house is located in the middle of an enclosed tropical garden with a lot of privacy. This means you have little or no insight into the house, the terraces and the swimming pool.
We think it is very important to sleep well on holiday, so the bedrooms are quietly located and have comfortable beds. There are different models of pillows at your disposal! All double bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, mosquito windows, (blackout) shutters and curtains. But also built-in cupboards with plenty of storage space and in the master bedroom and in the casita there is also a chest of drawers. Unpack your suitcase!
The bathrooms have a toilet, spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, sufficient storage space, towels & hand soap.
The living room with new wood-look open kitchen & cozy seating area is bright, beautifully decorated and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding valley/mountains. This room also has air conditioning. The kitchen itself is equipped with all desirable comforts, such as a dishwasher, induction hob, Siemens combination oven/microwave, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, juicer, blender, hand blender.....
The cupboards are also filled with Spanish crockery, sufficient and various types of glasses and cutlery. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are of excellent quality. Tea towels and kitchen towels are in the drawer.
When you arrive, we provide oil, spices, some dishwasher tablets, a kitchen sponge, washing up liquid, toilet paper, tea, a bottle of water & a delicious wine with olives.
In the sitting area there is a large (smart TV) flat screen where you can enjoy Netflix and stream your own wishes. There is Wi-Fi from Movistar.
A washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes lines and vacuum cleaner are at your disposal just to be sure, but that's not what you come for!
On your various private terraces and on the balcony, adjacent to the cozy living room where there is also a cozy dining table, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and a beautiful view of the valley/mountains. All this exudes the atmosphere of relaxation and holiday...
Upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace have dining tables with chairs and a dining bench and a seating area and by the pool there are sunbeds and a seat to have a drink under the parasol.
There is a utility room downstairs with BBQ (gas), sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine. In the garden, the large swimming pool (10x4) has an outdoor shower and the separate casita (guest house) with its own bedroom/bathroom/terrace, a private place for any guests, grandpa & grandma...
In the 10m x 4.50 swimming pool you can relax on a lounger or enjoy a daily workout by swimming some laps...
The house is in a wonderfully quiet location, but you are still close to everything! The beautiful old city of Valencia is a 35' drive away, but you can also take the train to the center (30'), the village of La Barraca d'Aigues Vives with its daily bakery and café, a 25' walk away and Alzira, 10' away. ' drive, the sandy beaches of Cullera, Gandia, Xeraco at 20' drive. Walking in the beautiful mountains, great views, golfing at La Galiana 5 minutes away (one of the most beautiful courses in Spain), the pleasant medieval town of Xàtiva 15 minutes away. But simply 'staying at home' doesn't get boring quickly with the swimming pool, which will be further improved in February 2023.
We recommend a car for shopping, excursions, etc.
We do not live on the property ourselves, but the house is located in a normally inhabited residential area, with houses at a considerable distance from each other. So no holiday park, so you have sufficient privacy & tranquility during your holiday.
We have furnished Villa Canta Corazon with a lot of love and maintain it as best as possible. The Villa is a truly wonderful holiday home, but not intended as a party place.
