Ground floor:
The ground floor is a mezzanine with a south facing private terrace with parasol, living room, bathroom with toilet, storage room and kitchen.
On the spacious terrace there are 2 lounge chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace is accessible with sports equipment.
The living room consists of a sofa, dining table and TV cabinet with Chrome-cast TV (large screen).

Spacious fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer (three drawers), toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mixer and all the equipment you need to prepare a good meal. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
First floor:
The first floor contains 2 bedrooms at each end of the apartment and a bathroom with shower and toilet in between.
The south facing bedroom has a large private terrace with 2 sunbeds and partial sea views as shown in the photos. If necessary, shade can be provided by an awning.
The other room has a view of the Teide volcano.
The south-facing bedroom has 2 comfortable large quality beds (90x200cm) which can easily be pushed together. In the other room there are two separate large quality beds (90x200cm).
Each room has a large built-in wardrobe.
From the Vista Marina you only have to cross the street to Mareta del Cochino where you can enter the water for windsurfing, wing foiling, wave surfing and swimming. The Playa de la Jaquita is a 200 m walk away and the Playa del Cabezo is 500 m away. It is also an ideal starting point to the Playa del Médano for kitesurfing.
Throughout the island there are many opportunities for cycling, mountain biking, hiking and golf.
In the international and cozy El Médano you can rent and buy all sports equipment.
In this complex you can enjoy a good night's sleep and privacy.
