If you are looking for a destination to enjoy your holiday, without too much tourist crowds but centrally located, then this might be a nice apartment (non-smoking) for you. It is on the 4th floor and can be reached by elevator or stairs.

This fully furnished apartment is very neat and clean with a sunny terrace. It has a living room with access to the terrace and is furnished for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets.

Neighborhood description:
Quiet tourist town with all amenities available. It has a natural beach with a calm sea where you can spot sea turtles, rays and dolphins.

Free parking in front of the door. Car rental at the airport is reliable and cheap. Bus stop in front of the door.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
