Welcome to Casa Barbades. A 1 bedroom apartment typical of this area. With a private patio and shared sun terrace. the sun terrace is shared with the adjacent apartment. Located in Abades a few steps from the beach and restaurants. View of the leprosy village and the bay of Abades.
The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. A bathroom with electric oven, electric hob and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, toilet, shower and washing machine.
Outside on the very spacious patio with sun blinds you will find a relaxation corner and a dining table.
There is an outdoor shower between the two apartments. There is also space on the patio to hang any diving equipment. Abades is of course known for its extensive underwater life. So you can't miss a deep-sea dive on your holiday!

Not/less suitable for people with pet allergies. Cats and a dog around the house.
Pets are also welcome in consultation.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
