Casa Joya is completely on one level and therefore suitable for anyone looking for convenience and comfort. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room that is wonderfully light thanks to the large windows. The living room offers direct access to the terrace and garden. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofa, while enjoying satellite TV with channels in all languages or a good movie on the DVD player. From the living room you have a view of the garden, so you are always connected to the outdoors. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The spacious dining tables invite you to cozy meals, whether you dine indoors or outdoors. There are three bedrooms: the first is a stylish double bedroom with a luxurious bed and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for children. The third bedroom has a comfortable single bed. In addition, there is a spacious bathroom with a lovely large bath, bidet, sink and toilet. Ideal for completely unwinding at the end of the day. The enclosed outdoor area with large windows and desk is ideal for a workation. The house is equipped with WiFi, a safe and alarm, so you feel safe and at home.

Outside at Casa Joya
The outdoor area of Casa Joya is truly a paradise. The private swimming pool (7×3m), which can be used all year round, invites you to take a refreshing dip at any time of the day. The pool has a safety gate for families with small children, so you can relax with peace of mind. Around the pool there are comfortable sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun, while the children play outside in the play corner. The garden and covered terrace are designed for pure enjoyment. You can dine al fresco with the barbecue provided, ideal for long evenings under the stars. From the roof terrace you can enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera in the distance. Outside is also an extra bathroom with toilet, shower and sink and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink.
