Welcome to Casa Luna! This beautiful property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and kitchenware to cover the needs of up to 8 guests.
The house has a very sunny patio to the front with barbecue, a set of table, benches and parasol.
On the ground floor we have a comfortable living room with smart tv, then the kitchen, a gallery with the washing machine and a full bathroom.
Finally, at the back of the house, we find the private pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs, where you can spend quiet nights dining and enjoying the wonderful climate offered by this town on the Mar Menor.
The location of the house is excellent: at a very short distance, 5 km, we find the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar, where we can do bike routes, hikes, hiking and enjoy the flamingos!

There are different places where you can rent bicycles.

The famous "Mar Menor Mud Baths" are located 3 km away and are known for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties for arthritis, rheumatism, etc. The

Gastronomy is an added value, you will find bars with typical tapas, as well as restaurants that offer rice, seafood, fish and the best of the Murcian orchard.

Along the coast you will find bars where you can enjoy a sunset while enjoying a cocktail.
There is a promenade that connects the area of Lo Pagan with Santiago de la Ribera, you can do it on foot or by bicycle, and enjoy the calm waters of the Mar Menor and you will always find a bar or "chiringuito" on the way where you can stop and recharge your batteries.

The beaches of the Mar Menor are highly appreciated for their shallow and warm waters and are perfect for swimming and practicing various water sports: Sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing or kayaking.

A few minutes walk from CASA LUNA is the dos Mares shopping center, where in addition to shops, there are restaurants, bowling alley, cinemas and a Carrefour.
Also in the same area there is a Lidl, Mc Donalds, pizzeria, Burger King, and another shopping area "Pinatar Park" with more shops and restaurants.

If you want to go to La Manga, from the beach of Santiago de la Ribera there is a ferry service with a good hourly frequency to go spend the day, and you can take the bicycles with you!

The wonderful beaches of the Mediterranean are just 12 minutes away.

Cultural and historical visits: Murcia city 36 min , Cartagena 25 min.

And if golf is your thing, here you will find a wide range of golf courses, the closest one: Roda golf 12 min.

Murcia airport is 30 minutes away and Alicante airport is 60 minutes away.

Explanation of prices and cancellation conditions
Casa Luna can be rented for a minimum period of 3 nights, except for the months of July and August. In these months the property can be rented for a minimum period of 7 nights. Explanation of prices and cancellation conditions
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by email to the lessor (even if this has already been communicated to the lessor by telephone, for example).
If the tenant cancels 60 days before the rental date they will receive a 100% refund, after this period they must pay the total reservation price.

The cleaning fee of €80 must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys along with the deposit of €200.
Air conditioning has an additional cost of 10€ per day for the whole house.
