A wonderfully comfortable holiday villa near the beautiful coast of San Pedro del Pinatar and Lo Pagán. Located in the Costa Cálida region (just beyond the Costa Blanca).
At the front of the holiday villa is a patio with seating and there is a lovely plunge pool and outdoor shower (which can be heated in spring and autumn). All rooms are on the same level. The spacious roof terrace with outdoor kitchen can be reached via an outside staircase and is a cozy place to stay. Both terraces have blinds.
The Casa has a comfortable living room with TV and open kitchen that is fully equipped. Even filtered water, so no dragging heavy water bottles.
Casa Mar y Más (Sea & More) offers an ideal base from which to enjoy what the surrounding area has to offer. Such as the sea (Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea), the beach, beautiful boulevard, golf, water sports, cycling, walking and nice Spanish restaurants and markets. But also beneficial mud baths, salt lakes and flamingos. San Pedro del Pinatar is not overrun by tourists and the nearby cities of Murcia, Cartagena but also Alicante are well worth a visit! As well as La Manga del Mar Menor and the Cabo de Palos.
