Welcome to my beautiful authentic apartment on the border of Lo Pagan and San Pedro del Pinatar. It is very quietly located among the locals on the first floor. Due to the southeast orientation, you can enjoy the wonderful sun on the balcony from morning to a large part of the day.
The apartment is located 300 m from Playa la Puntica on one side and 300 m from Parc del Mar, the marina Lo Pagan and then the beautiful promenade towards Playa de Villa Nanitos, further to the windmills and the famous mud baths of Mar Menor.
You can enjoy the mild climate of the Mar Menor all year round.
The beaches and the beautiful boulevard are bustling with fun all year round with their beach bars and nice terraces.
Within a radius of 100m there are several restaurants, bodegas, smaller supermarkets, a butcher, bakery, pharmacy, optician,... You can also rent bicycles at a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The Dos Mares commercial centre is 3 km away. Parking is easy in the surrounding streets. There is the possibility to rent an underground parking space 700 m from the apartment. There is also a weekly fresh market on the corner of the street on Thursdays where you can relax. Please note that you do NOT park your car on Av. Salzillo where the market takes place.
Inside you have 2 full bedrooms with double bed, 1 of 160 x 200 and 1 of 180 x 200 with wardrobes. There is a third room that can serve as a bedroom (with a sofa bed 140 x 200) or as an ironing and/or hobby room. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with shower and double sink. We also enter the living room with open kitchen. Living room has a comfortable sofa with long chair, a dining table with chairs and a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort such as oven, ceramic stove, microwave, dolce gusto, dishwasher,... There is also a sitting area with table and chairs, a sofa and an outdoor bar on the balcony. There is also a washing machine and a sink here.
All rooms have air conditioning for both hot and cold air, mosquito nets on the windows and shutters.
Freshly laundered beach towels (1 per person) and bath towels are also provided.
