We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 storage rooms inside and 1 outside, washing machine, 3 sunny terraces, one of them on the ground floor with swimming pool and outdoor shower.
The entire concept is realized in the colors black and white "blanca y negra" and this for both exterior and interior. Everything is tinted black and white, including decoration, bedding and household goods! Only the water of the accompanying private pool is clear blue.

Just 2 km from the sea and very close to several beaches including Lo Pagan, Mar Menor and la Manga. Shops, bars and restaurants are plentiful in our neighborhood. The shopping center Dos Mares, for example, is barely a 2-minute drive away.
