The house has a spacious living room on the first floor with an open kitchen layout. From the comfortable sofa and armchair you can watch your favorite TV channels on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer. For coffee and tea you can use a Nespresso machine and the kettle. There is also a toilet on this floor.

From the living room you have access to a cozy balcony that is oriented to the south. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. You can park your car in the street of the house. For large families or families who want to stay together, there is the possibility to rent the house next door. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
