This completely modernized house is located in the center of Lo Pagán (San Pedro del Pinatar). Just 100 metres from the beaches and promenade of the Mar Menor. Numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are also a short distance away. On Thursdays there is a weekly market near this house.

The house has a spacious living room on the first floor with an open kitchen layout. From the comfortable sofa and armchair you can watch your favorite TV channels on the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer. For coffee and tea you can use a Nespresso machine and the kettle. There is also a toilet on this floor.

From the living room you have access to a cozy balcony that is oriented to the south. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a cozy balcony that is also oriented to the south. This bedroom has a double bed (190 x 200). In the middle bedroom there are 2 single beds (90 x 200), which can be put together at request. In the bedroom at the rear of the house there are 2 single beds (100 x 200). In addition, you can find the spacious bathroom on this floor. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a walk-in shower. The living room and the master bedroom have an air conditioning system.

You can park your car in the street of the house. For large families or families who want to stay together, there is the possibility to rent the house next door. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported in writing to the landlord as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
