Modern 2 bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor with unobstructed views and sea views. The apartment can be reached by elevator. It has a living room with many windows so you get a lot of sunlight. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) as well as fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and international TV.  The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, hob etc. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (150 x 200). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has one single bed (90 x 200). The single bed can be extended and offers an extra mattress on the floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. On the fifth floor is the communal roof terrace which can be reached by elevator. On the communal roof terrace there is a swimming pool (with pool lift), toilets and an outdoor shower. You can park your car in the public parking spaces around the building and the parks. There are good opportunities for walking or cycling here. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. In addition, smoking is not allowed inside.
