The village of Corvera a stone's throw away offers various amenities such as a small supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a number of bars and restaurants. Every Sunday, Corvera has an atmospheric local market.

Murcia is an authentic Spanish city with all imaginable amenities. On the coast there are quiet, almost deserted beaches and also bustling seaside resorts with plenty of entertainment. Near the apartment is the mountain range 'Sierra de Carrascoy' with several beautiful hiking trails. Historic Cartagena can be reached within half an hour.

Spacious roof terrace and cozy living room

The spacious roof terrace on the top floor offers sun and shade all day long in pleasant privacy. It overlooks the golf course, the communal swimming pool  and the mountains of the Carrascoy. A spacious dining table, sun loungers and a large BBQ make this a lovely place all day long, including a beautiful sunset. Also on this floor is the living room with a sofa, armchair, stools and a large smart TV on which your own services can be streamed.

Comfort and a good night's sleep

After entering the complex, the entrance to the penthouse is accessible by elevator or stairs. The door leads out to a terrace with shade cloth and a comfortable seating area. A perfect place for a morning coffee. Inside there is a brand new kitchen and a breakfast/dining table with stools. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included.

Fully equipped kitchen

The new kitchen offers all amenities. A fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, kettle and Nespresso machine. Of course, all the necessities are provided to cook yourself and enjoy a meal or a drink in the Spanish sun.

State-of-the-art facilities

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. There is fast WIFI and a smart TV on which own channels and streaming services such as Netflix can be used. Finally, there is a washing machine.

Swimming pools and more

Guests can make use of two seasonal communal swimming pools, right next to the house. The (rental) car is easy to park in the private parking lot. There are several playgrounds on site, padel and tennis courts and a basketball court. The golf course is currently being renovated and is therefore not in use. The resort is fully fenced and guarded 24 hours a day.
