The beautiful holiday home with private pool (8/4m) is located in Balsicas (Murcia). Where there are numerous facilities (golf, surfing, diving...)
The house is 10 minutes from Corvera in Murcia and 50 minutes from Elaltet of Alicante.
Outside: The pool is set in a 90 square meter fully tiled terrace with an outdoor shower.
There are different sets of chairs & tables, where you can enjoy the sun or laze in the shade.
The accommodation offers complete privacy.
Inside: The house is tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern style and fully equipped.
The large living room with open kitchen provides a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds, a baby bed) and with
large built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with bath/shower.
Equipped with WiFi / TV Vlaanderen.
Heating/cooling: there is air conditioning in the living room and the 2 bedrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Possibility of bicycle rental.
We work with a rental contract and inventory, which is signed on arrival.
