Welcome to our spacious and stylishly furnished penthouse Pegacasial, located in the quiet and safe Mar de Cristal on the Costa Cálida.
We have not furnished this penthouse as a standard holiday home, but as our own second home. This is reflected in the high-quality finish, the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Under our motto "Mi casa es su casa" we are happy to share this special place with you, so that you can get into holiday mode immediately upon arrival.
The penthouse can accommodate up to four people and has a spacious, bright living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine with welcome cups and a complete equipment including colorful Spanish tapas plates and champagne, wine and water glasses. There are two spacious bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a practical dressing room. With air conditioning, a washing machine and high-speed, reliable internet, the apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday or a period of working from home under the sun.
Enjoying the outdoors is central to Pegacasial. You have no less than two terraces: a cozy sun terrace directly next to the living room and an extra spacious roof terrace (solarium, 80m²) with a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea. With comfortable lounge sets, sun loungers and dining areas, you will find a wonderful place in the sun or shade at any time of the day. The luxurious complex also features a tropical garden with 3 communal swimming pools for a refreshing swim. In our private storage room, there are also four beach chairs ready for you that you can use freely at the pool or beach.
