Lovely, quiet apartment in the beautiful park in Condado de Alhama. The apartment has a swimming pool in front of the door, a large roof terrace with shaded areas and lounge set and air conditioning in every room. Two double beds, a camp bed and two air mattresses. There is also a deluxe coffee machine Delonghi with coffee beans.

The house is within walking distance of the Al Kasar where there was a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Everything is beautifully lit.

This property is located with its own golf course.

Nearby is also Camposol with two commercial centres with a supermarket, several private shops, dentists, vets, hairdressers, opticians, banks, a post office, bars and a variety of great restaurants to choose from, Indian, Chinese, English and Bulgarian, to name but a few.
There is also a Medical Centre and Pharmacy.
Camposol also offers many different social events with live music and dancing. In the summer also on Condado a lot of live music and entertainment.

Condado is only about a 15-20 minute drive from some great beaches of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron, which also boasts a marina.

RMU Murcia International Airport is only a 30 minute drive away and Alicante is just over 1 hour.

We, Roderick and Kim Thijssen, enjoy living in North Holland with our four children and our dog. We are both self-employed (Roderick energy sector and Kim self-employed maternity nurse).

As a result, we regularly have a busy and sometimes even hectic life and when we are in Spain we fully enjoy the peace, space, freedom and unspoilt nature. The climate and the food will take care of the rest :). Costa Calida is not that touristy and ideal for relaxing!!
