You will find this luxury penthouse on the Costa Calida in the Murcia region, where the sun shines an average of 320 days a year. It is located in the Condado de Alhama golf resort on the third and highest floor right on the edge of the golf course "Alhama Signature Golf Course". From the balcony you have a beautiful panoramic view over the golf course and the surrounding area. Penthouse 02 is very quietly located on the edge of the resort near the swimming pool and a short walk from the Golf Clubhouse where you can have a bite to eat and drink. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a spacious south-facing terrace.

Our luxury penthouse is clean and fully equipped. It has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, heating, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The penthouse has a beautiful interior, good mattresses in the bedrooms and a compact but well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has been recently renovated with a beautiful walk-in shower. The tap water is purified, so that you do not have to buy bottled water, but can simply drink the water from the tap. The large terrace has a luxurious lounge set. This way you can enjoy the setting Spanish sun at the end of the day with a delicious meal and a drink. There is good sun protection, so you can choose sun, shade or partial shade. The windows are equipped with screens that keep the mosquitoes out. Everything is thoroughly cleaned after each visit, so that you will find a clean and fresh apartment upon arrival. The penthouse is accessible by stairs or elevator. You have access to a private parking space under a roof. This way you always have your car close to the apartment and the car stays cool and dry.

Our luxury penthouse also offers more than 4000 international TV channels and Video on Demand (VOD) at no extra cost. This allows guests to watch all their favorite sports, TV programs and even movies on demand. There is a wide range of recent feature films, including children's films.

Layout:
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with a large double bed and 1 smaller bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms both have ample closet space for your clothes. The mattresses in both bedrooms are of good quality for an excellent night's sleep. There are also ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms for the necessary coolness. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace.

There is 1 bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the bathroom you will find a towel radiator, where you can dry your towels.
