Welcome to our villa in the authentic Calasparra, located in the beautiful region of Murcia in southern Spain. Here you can enjoy complete peace, privacy and nature, far away from mass tourism. Our detached villa is completely private and ideal for people who want to relax, enjoy the Spanish atmosphere or actively discover nature.
The villa features a private heated pool, allowing you to enjoy the pool almost all year round. Around the pool there are comfortable sun loungers and a cozy lounge where you can completely unwind under the Spanish sun. Thanks to the quiet location and the lack of privacy, you can enjoy real privacy here.
There is also a movable stone grill/teppanyaki that can be used both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for cooking together and enjoying long evenings of good food in a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
Inside you will find a cozy and bright living room with a comfortable sitting area, television and internet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook extensively or have a pleasant aperitif. The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for couples, families or friends who want to holiday together. There is a baby cot and high chair available.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating, making it pleasant in both summer and winter. Outside you can enjoy long evenings, the silence, the starry sky and the pure Spanish life.
There is also the possibility to rent a car from us, if necessary with a high chair so that you can comfortably discover the beautiful region of Murcia and all the surrounding nature reserves.
Calasparra is located about an hour and a half from the coast and is known for its impressive nature and authenticity. The region is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. You will find mountains, canyons, rivers, lakes and beautiful nature reserves.
For those who like to add some adventure to their holiday, Calasparra is also known for rafting and canyoning on the Río Segura. In the impressive Cañón de Almadenes you can enjoy beautiful rafting trips, kayaking, canyoning and cave visits in a unique natural environment. Families and sporty holidaymakers alike will find unforgettable activities in the middle of nature.
The region is also ideal for sporty holidaymakers. In the impressive Sierra Espuña nature reserve, mountain bikers and downhill enthusiasts can enjoy challenging routes and beautiful views. In addition, there are several golf courses less than an hour's drive away, where you can play golf almost all year round in the sunny climate of southern Spain.
For families, there are also nice excursions in the area, including a zoo less than an hour's drive from the villa.
One of Calasparra's most famous landmarks is the impressive Santuario Virgen de la Esperanza, built into the rocks along the river. In addition, Calasparra is known worldwide for its rice fields and quality rice, which is used in many local dishes.
A short distance away is also Caravaca de la Cruz, a historic and atmospheric mountain town with cozy streets, restaurants and culture. If you love wine, this is also the perfect place: not far from Calasparra is the famous wine region of Jumilla. This region is known for its delicious and affordable Spanish wines. You can visit several authentic bodegas, taste wine among the vineyards and enjoy the typical Spanish gastronomy in a cozy, local atmosphere.
