The villa
Ground floor: through the entrance hall you enter the large bright living room with patio doors to terrace and swimming pool. Sitting area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV/DVD. The separate dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen. The large bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and a breakfast table with chairs. Pantry and utility room with washing machine. The kitchen has patio doors to the covered terrace with dining table and chairs. Guest toilet. The three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor have twin beds and two bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath and toilet. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
First floor: large master bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet and sliding glass doors to a private balcony with seating with beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding area. Ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath, shower and toilet. From the landing you have access to two sun terraces, one east facing and one west facing so suitable for any time of day.
The villa has several open and covered terraces, furnished with tables and chairs. There is a built-in stone barbecue. For enthusiasts, a table tennis table and table football are available in the garage.
The spacious private swimming pool (10x5 m, depth: 1.10-2.30 m) has an easy entry and there is an outdoor shower. The maintenance and cleaning of the pool water is done by salt electrolysis. Sun terrace with eight sunbeds.
