This beautiful villa is located in Port d'Alcudia, just 200 meters from the best beach of Mallorca! There are beach bars and a sailing and windsurfing school with rental and lessons.

The house is all on one floor and has a roof terrace, a large garden with beautiful flowers and polanten grrot and a terrace with private pool.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms.

From the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue or dinner outside.

There are many quality restaurants, bars and supermarkets. all be reached within 5 to 15 minutes.

The house has a private pool with sun loungers, a large garden and terrace.

This villa has free WiFi and satellite TV.
