For rent in Alcúdia, Mallorca! A very nice apartment for 3 to 4 people. The apartment is located in the village of Alcúdia, close to the old town with an original medieval city wall!. On Tuesdays and Sundays there is the traditional market, within walking distance of the apartment. Where you can buy everything from clothing to delicious fruit, vegetables and fresh bread!! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a beautiful newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is wifi and air conditioning.

Lovely terrace with furniture, possibility to sunbathe, and with a beautiful view over the bay of Puerto Pollensa and the cape of Formentor!

Pay on arrival:

Final cleaning: 80,-

Deposit: 300,-

Electricity according to consumption: euro 0.40/kW hour

Discount:

10% for stays longer than 15 days.

30% for 4 weeks and more!

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 100%.
