Villa El Fontin is located in the Urbanizacion 'El Encinar del Alberche'.
The villa is located 1 hour drive from Madrid, on the edge of the Pinar de Almorox forest. The villa has a unique split of 2 floors so that you can enjoy your privacy with family or friends, but still be together in this 'retro style' villa with spectacular views, fireplace, large swimming pool, bbq, pizza oven and all amenities that ensure a wonderful stay. Many small seating areas in the garden to sit and enjoy the silence of nature.
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace. This floor also has a large play and video room for children and there are also extra mattresses so that more people can sleep.
The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen diner and a large living room with large fireplace.
Both floors have their own terrace and fantastic views over the forest and surroundings.
The Urbanizacion is extensive with all facilities such as swimming pool, tennis courts, padel and jeu de boule courts. Its own super / and DIY market and of course a bar / restaurant. We welcome you - Mi Casa su Casa!

We are a Dutch family with 3 children. After our first experience abroad in Brazil, we have been living in Madrid since 2011. Madrid is a fantastic city with unprecedented opportunities in the field of work, culture and culinary trips. Unfortunately, Madrid has no beach, boulevard and it lacks bike paths. We enjoy the 2 properties we have outside of Madrid; Piso Cabalicious in Valencia and Villa el Fontin in Villa del Prado (Madrid). We are happy to rent out both houses.
