At the back at 200m a small supermarket for a quick errand and at the front the large Mercadona supermarket 500m away.
The distance to the airport is only 15 minutes by taxi.
Taxi rank and bus stop in front of the door, Lanzarote has a good network of public transport, the apartment is a good base for all kinds of trips. There are plenty of options for renting a car, but also bicycles, etc.
The apartment complex is built on a sloping hill and has a number of lazy stairs to bridge the difference in level and is therefore not suitable for people in wheelchairs or those with very limited mobility.
Despite its central location, the apartment is remarkably quiet – you won't hear any of the bars downstairs, even in the evening. You will experience the liveliness of the boulevard when you want to, but always have your own quiet place to return to.
