Relax right on the promenade of Puerto del Carmen in a quiet gated community with swimming pool right at Playa Grande, a very large beach indeed, with a view of Fuerteventura.

El Girasol de Yana is a spacious apartment with private terrace on the ground floor of the Los Arcos complex on a popular stretch of the promenade. From the apartment right next to the pool you can see the sea and the terrace of the complex is very large, with a beautiful view of the most popular boulevard of the island with many shops and restaurants. Nevertheless, it is quiet and the guests are relaxed.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds.
There is a washing machine and fridge with freezer, television and large lounge sofa.
There is air conditioning in the living room. You can park for free nearby.

Lanzarote is our dream island because of its special nature and stable climate. When it is hot in Spain, Lanzarote is nice and warm. If it is cold in Spain in winter, it is still wonderful on Lanzarote.
We regularly come to El Girasol de Yana for a few days, because it is so good to stay on the boulevard with the beautiful Playa Grande and the well-kept gardens in between.
