This lovely holiday home with sea view is located in the sun-drenched south of Lanzarote. Villa Rose I is perfect for families. There is a heated private swimming pool, hot tub and there are several terraces with nice seating and lounge areas. There is an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a nice barbecue area. The pool is heated from October to April (24-25 degrees). Higher temperatures are possible for a fee. Located in a quiet residential area in the seaside resort of Playa Blanca a short distance from the most beautiful beaches, shops and excellent restaurants. A small supermarket is 2 min. walk. Playa Flamingo beach is about a 10-minute walk away and the centre of Playa Blanca is a 20-minute walk away. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful white sandy beach of 200 m long. It is ideal for the little ones of the family, due to its calm waters and gently sloping beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Layout of Villa Rose I
The villa consists of two floors. You enter on the ground floor with a spacious hall and separate toilet with sink. The living room with dining area is bright and spacious with a smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, both with double beds and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, bidet, double sink and a shower in bath. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Going down the stairs in the hallway you reach the basement with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have two single beds. The family bathroom has a double sink, toilet, separate shower and bath. In a separate room there is a sitting area and a billiard table .
High-speed wifi is available throughout the villa as well as air conditioning. There is also a washing machine.
Outside at Villa Rose I
From the ground floor you reach the barbecue with adjoining terrace via a small staircase (2 steps). From the basement you can reach the pool and hot tub through a door via an external staircase. Villa Rose I has several terraces with various nice seating and lounge areas. There is an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a nice barbecue area. The pool is heated from October to April (24-25 degrees). Higher temperatures are possible for a fee. Around the private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) there are sunbeds (8 pieces) and an outdoor shower is also available. Villa Rose I has its own private parking space. Distances
