Villa Graciosa in Playa Blanca
This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca and has a heated saltwater private swimming pool. The luxury of this holiday home is that you can use two swimming pools during your stay. Villa Graciosa belongs to a small-scale villa park with a communal swimming pool (not heated). This villa is located near the Montana Rojo volcano. From a certain point you can hike to the top where you can enjoy beautiful views of Playa Blanca and the island of Fuerteventura in the distance. Villa Graciosa has a beautiful lava garden full of palms and cacti.
Playa Blanca is the southernmost town on the island of Lanzarote. At about 5 km from your villa you will find a pleasant promenade, the marina and the car-free shopping street. For a wonderful day at the beach, 'Playa de Papagayo' is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find crystal clear waters and a beautiful white sandy beach. Do you want an active trip? Then visit the unique Timanfaya National Park. In this nature reserve you will learn everything about the volcanic origin of the island.
Layout Villa Graciosa
This villa is all on one level. The living room has two comfortable sofas, television with Dutch channels and air conditioning. There is wifi available in this villa. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster and fridge freezer. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. From these bedrooms you have direct access to the pool and terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom has a window overlooking the pool. There is also a safe and washing machine.
Outside at Villa Graciosa
In the garden you can take a refreshing dip in the heated private pool or enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds. In addition to a nice garden set, there is also a stone barbecue on the terrace. There is a communal swimming pool on the gated complex that you can use. Villa Graciosa has its own parking space. Around the villa is a lava garden with palms and cacti.
The popularity of saltwater pools is increasing at a rapid pace. A saltwater pool has many advantages over a chlorinated pool, such as no itchy skin, no red eyes and no bleaching effect of clothing and hair. The water from a saltwater pool feels soft and is also very clear.
