The kitchen has a fridge-freezer combination, a hob, a convection oven and a built-in dishwasher. You can make a fragrant cup of coffee with capsules in the Philips l'or Barista or in an espresso maker. Cooking yourself? The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery for 6 people. Also glasses in different sizes. There is a toaster, kettle and microwave, all in a bright red retro style. The living space consists of two connected parts. The spacious dining room followed by a living room with black leather lounge, 55 inch Smart TV with Belgian and Dutch channels. If you prefer to enjoy your dinner outside, you can do so on the cozy terrace, where, in addition to a dining table and chairs for 6 people, there is also a sitting area and a bar table. You can dine in every corner! From the kitchen and the living room you have access to the terrace with swimming pools and to the dining area, as well as to the bar table. Given the eternal spring on Lanzarote, you will experience blissful moments there! Fancy an invigorating splash? Children can enjoy themselves in the children's pool of about 80 cm deep and 4x4 m in size. - In the spacious, contemporary furnished master bedroom on the first floor you can sleep wonderfully in a comfortable king size bed (1.80m x 2m). You can store your holiday wardrobe in the walk-in dressing room. And you have an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.
- On the ground floor is the first twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 2m. In the ensuite bathroom you can choose between an invigorating shower or a blissful bath. From the bedroom you walk directly onto the spacious terrace where you can rub the sleep out of your eyes in the sitting area. Or you can choose to cool off in the heated swimming pool. - A staircase to -1 leads you to the second twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 1.9m. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with toilet and bath. The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end street. You can fully enjoy the peace and the sun here. However, you can reach the beautiful Playa Dorada sandy beach or the center with its many restaurants, bars and shops within 2 km. At barely 3 km you reach the picturesque harbor Marina Rubicon where you can stroll or have a drink or meal.
