Welcome to Casa Alice, our comfortable villa in the quiet Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca.

The highlight of Casa Alice is the large 11-metre private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace, sunbeds and a covered outdoor sitting and dining area. The pool is heated from mid-October to mid-April, with heating included, making the villa particularly well suited to winter, early spring and Easter holidays.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Casa Alice is ideal for up to five guests. There is plenty of space to relax together, while the enclosed garden and private pool also give you the privacy to enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

And although the villa is in a peaceful location, you are not isolated. Playa Blanca, the seafront and local amenities are within walking distance, and Aldi is only around six minutes away on foot.

Enjoy your own private pool

The 11-metre pool is at the heart of Casa Alice.

Spend the morning swimming, relax on the sunbeds during the afternoon, or enjoy a drink and dinner outside under the covered terrace.

There is also an outdoor shower, BBQ, pool towels and a pool/billiard table, so there is plenty to enjoy without having to leave the villa.

The pool is heated from mid-October until mid-April, and pool heating is included in the rental price.

Casa Alice sleeps up to five guests in three bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom
• Third bedroom with a single bed and ensuite bathroom

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Having three bathrooms is particularly convenient when travelling as a family, as everyone has plenty of space and there is no need to queue for the bathroom in the morning.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as pool towels.

Comfortable indoor living

The villa has a comfortable living and dining area with air conditioning, together with a fully equipped kitchen.

For relaxing indoors you have a 65-inch UHD 4K television, a wide selection of channels and series, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 games, and fast 300 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi.

The villa also has the practical facilities you would expect for a longer stay, including a washing machine, iron and safe.

A peaceful location, close to Playa Blanca

Casa Alice is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Costa de Papagayo area.

One of the things we particularly like about the location is the combination of peace and privacy with easy access to Playa Blanca.

You can walk to Playa Dorada and continue along the seafront towards the centre of Playa Blanca. There are also shops and other amenities within walking distance, with Aldi approximately six minutes away.

The famous Papagayo beaches and the rest of Lanzarote are easy to explore by car.

Whether you spend your days exploring the island or simply stay around the pool, Casa Alice gives you a comfortable base to return to.

A villa made for outdoor living

One of our favourite things about Casa Alice is how much of your holiday can be enjoyed outside.

Have breakfast under the covered terrace, spend the afternoon around the private pool, challenge each other to a game of pool, and finish the day with a BBQ and a drink outside.

The enclosed garden gives you privacy, while the spacious terrace provides plenty of room for everyone to relax.
