Enjoy your holiday in Lanzarote and stay at Casa Alice! This beautiful house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca.
You can stay with 5. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, sink with cupboards - double in the master bathroom - and toilet. All beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has air conditioning. Bed and bath linen is provided.
The lounge and dining room are nicely furnished. There is a 49 inch UHD 4K TV with a wide selection of channels, series, ..., a PlayStation 3 and 4 with a good selection of games and very fast internet (300Mbps fiber optic). In the kitchen you have everything you need. There is also air conditioning in the living room.
The outdoor space is blissful. You can take breakfast and lunch under a covered terrace. You can spend the afternoon in the comfortable outdoor lounge or on the sunbeds along the 11-meter long real swimming pool. In need of refreshment? Be surprised by the outdoor shower or a swim in the pool. Pool towels are provided. The pool is heated from mid-October to mid-April. The orientation of the garden is ideal. You have sun in the pool from morning to sunset. During the evening aperitif and dinner you can enjoy the setting sun. You can end a relaxing day with a game of billiards or by enjoying the garden. The front yard is a cactus garden. There are flowering plants in the backyard.
A car is not necessary. The Playa Dorada beach, the center of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon are within a comfortable walking distance. However, there is a lot to see and experience on Lanzarote and a rental car is useful for that. If you do have a car, you can park it in the private parking. This is equipped with an electric gate with remote control.
