Outside on the terrace by the pool, there are lovely sun loungers waiting for you and a cozy dining table where you can enjoy a meal with a view of the sea.

Casa Bonita is a 7-minute drive from Puerto del Carmen, the seaside resort of Lanzarote where you can find fine beaches, a wide variety of supermarkets and endless restaurants, cafes and shops. The cozy harbor of Puerto Calero with cozy eateries on the water is also nearby.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.

In case of cancellation from 29 days (inclusive) to 21 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation from 21 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
