This fine holiday home with heated private pool and phenomenal sea views is located near the village of Tijarafe. In the huge garden of 4,000 m2 you look out over tropical flowers and palms and you can pick fruit from the almond, mango and olive trees. Further down the garden is the heated private swimming pool. If you feel like going out, you can reach the seaside resort in Tazacorte within 20 minutes by rental car. Here is a beautiful lava beach with a fishing port. Against the backdrop of the deep blue sea and the black sand, the bright, colored houses catch the eye. On the boulevard you can enjoy atmospheric (fish) restaurants, bars and shops.
In the picturesque village of Tijarafe , you can follow the pace of life of the laid-back residents. Finca Tijarafe is located on the sunny west coast near many beautiful hiking trails. In the attractive village center of Tijarafe you will find colorful houses, supermarkets, good restaurants and cozy bars. Here you can enjoy a real Canarian meal or a delicious barraquito, the coffee specialty of La Palma. There is also a bank and pharmacy in this village, which is a 10-minute drive from the villa.

The entire villa is on one level. The two-piece living room features a bookcase, two sofas, a luxurious armchair, a stereo system and a satellite television. From the living room you can step onto the outdoor terrace. Here you have a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc. Finca Tijarafe has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and patio doors to the outside. There is also a bedroom 2, which has two single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower, two sinks, a hair dryer and a toilet. There is also a washing machine. Finca Tijarafe has its own driveway and private parking space and the entire villa is equipped with wifi and underfloor heating.
Outdoor living Finca Tijarafe
The villa is located in a place with many hiking trails, so you can walk straight from your house into the mountains. One of the four terraces faces southeast, making it the perfect place for your breakfast. The outdoor terrace is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Via a small staircase you reach the lower terrace with a private swimming pool (8.4 x 4.2 m) that is heated and has a roof. There is also an outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor grill.

Deposit
