Rural house located in Puntallana in the northeast of the beautiful island. A perfect starting point to enjoy the best hiking trails on La Palma.

The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen.

Leaving the kitchen we find the barbecue area which is open to the outside. At the main entrance there is a cosy covered terrace and in front of the house there is a large solarium terrace with sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days and the beautiful and quiet environment in which the house is located.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
