Casa la Verada
What a delicious pitch! If you walk along the country road you will see Casa La Verada behind the orange grove. Here you will experience plenty of peace and privacy. It has vegetable gardens all around and views of the sea and the mountains. Casa La Verada has a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m. You can walk from your holiday home to the center of Puntagorda with bakery, supermarket, bar and various restaurants. In the evening, you can enjoy red sunsets from your terrace, which are spectacular on this side of the island.
Casa La Verada is also ideal for working remotely, WiMAX 40 Mb/s – 5Mb/s. Wifi is available both inside and outside. This way you can combine work and vacation.
Classification
Casa La Verada is all on one level. The living room with fireplace, satellite television, sitting and dining area has plenty of light. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. There is a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. A washing machine is also available.
Outside at Casa la Verada
At the front of the casa and near the barbecue area is a covered terrace. There are sunbeds around the private pool. You only hear the sound of birds here. From the terrace and from your pool you can enjoy a wide view of the sea. Next to the casa is an orange grove, picking is allowed! You can walk from Casa La Verada to the center of Puntagorda.
On Saturday or Sunday, visit the famous 'El Mercadillo' in Puntagorda. A farmer's market with real local fresh products. The cakes, vegetables, meat, fruits, etc. are offered to you by real Palmero's. In spring, thousands of almond trees bloom here, a fairytale image. From the church square near the town hall in the center of the village you are 200 m away from the Mirador de Miraflores viewing well. Nearby is a rocky beach that can only be reached on foot. Only in summer is the sea calm enough here for swimming. In the richly wooded area, a large number of well-signposted hiking trails have been laid out.
