CAN BE BOOKED AGAIN FROM DECEMBER 15!!!  Can Simón is a spacious villa, located on the road to San José and Cala Bassa. This family villa is fully equipped. There is a spacious sitting room with fireplace, 1 staircase down are the kitchen and dining room with next to it a room with sofa bed, which can be used in consultation. Adjacent is  the 1st bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. This is equipped with shower, toilet and double sink. The 2nd bedroom is located on the 1st floor. This is equipped with a double bed and also an ensuite bathroom, with bath, toilet and double sink. There is also a walk-in closet there. The 3rd bedroom is located in a separate part of the house, with a double bed and its own small shower room plus toilet.
From the sitting room you walk to the swimming pool with outdoor shower, there you will also find the barbeque area and cozy seating areas. There is enough space to lie in the sun. On the walled property with automatic gate, you can easily park your car. Please note: Only available from Saturday to Saturday, this is not deviated from.
