The large windows provide access to the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the green hilly landscape. You can completely relax here in the lounge set.
There is also one bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and TV.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.
The following items are also provided: drying rack, iron, bed and bath linen.

The accommodation is located within walking distance of the beach of Cala Vadella, one of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza in a beautiful bay.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and gym.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental is on a weekly basis, midweek, from 5 nights for max. 2 persons
Additional costs: €400 deposit and €150 final cleaning.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period from 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will owe 20% of the rent; from 4 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
