Cala Tarida Ibiza home

Our house is located 7 min. walk to the beach of Cala Tarida. Near the famous Cotton beach club. 

We have 2 bathrooms, both with toilet and shower, 1  with bath. 3 bedrooms with 2 person beds. Downstairs we have the kitchen and living room.

You can also sit at the table with 6 people in the garden. You share the pool with the other houses, but it is behind our house at 1 min. walk.  In short, a lovely house with all amenities.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
