  • Terrace with sea views overlooking the bougainvillea and sunken gardens. Level access from the front (no stairs), parking available.
  • Two swimming pools and a small grocery store (30 m from the apartment).
  • Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
  • Beautiful sandy beach at 200 m (one of the best on the island). Rocky cove also easily accessible on foot.

Ideal for a couple or a family. Less suitable for young singles.

Hello, I am a 75 year old French woman and I have owned this house in Ibiza for 40 years. We have spent most of our holidays in Ibiza in recent years, but now in the summer we prefer to stay in Normandy where we live permanently. That's why we rent the house for a few weeks during the season. All of our children and grandchildren love this place and I'm sure you will too.

  • Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only informs on the day of the start or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
