The apartment IBIZA Cala Llonga is located between the pine-covered hill with a beautiful view of the bay of Cala Llonga. The apartment is one of the 130 typical Spanish apartments of Pueblo Esparragos. Each apartment is privately owned. Our apartment is located on side of the Spanish white Pueblo so you can enjoy a very nice and unobstructed view of the bay in peace. The apartment is easily approachable, 'without' walking many stairs, and therefore it is easily approachable for people who have difficulty walking and/or buggies and young children.
The apartment has:
- is on the same floor with: hall, bathroom, 2x bedroom, living room, open kitchen, terrace
- a bathroom with: combi bath/shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer
- 2x bedroom (1x with double bed + 1x with 2x bunk beds)
an extra baby cot can be ordered (for a fee)
- a fully equipped kitchen
- living room with 2x sofas, ottoman, coffee table
- dining table for approx. 6 people
- terrace with garden furniture for approx. 6 people

- air conditioning in living room (= extra contribution per week after high Spanish electricity)
- good WIFI (since the bandwidth of the park is not sufficient)
On the complex you will find:
- parking space (=free)
- 2x swimming pools (middle and bottom in the Pueblo)

- 2x bars (near the pools)

Terrace:
The terrace has an outdoor table with chairs, with unobstructed views of the bay. In the morning you can enjoy the sunrise. In high temperatures, you can enjoy the wind in the shade. In the evening and at night you can enjoy the views, all the lights of Cala Llonga. There is a BBQ, it may only be used outside, on the outside so that other residents are not bothered by it
Other features:
- Free parking near the apartment.
- It is a non-smoking apartment (= smoking in the apartment is not allowed)
- The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly area.
- Noise nuisance is not appreciated by local residents after 10:00 pm
- Swimming pool is open from 09.00-21.00 (lilos + sunbeds reservation not allowed)
- Suitable less mobile holidaymakers
- Baby cot and/or extra bed can be added for a fee
In the Cala Llonga bay :

Check-in time : - after 15.00 hours on the day of arrival after cleaning
- house keys are in key-lock, next to the front door
(code via the owner just before arrival + code please do not change)
- Please take pictures of apartment on day of arrival
Check-out time : - before 11.00 am on day of departure after cleaning
- put house keys back in key-lock
- leave kitchen as found (crockery in the cupboard, garbage disposed of, etc)
- contact asap as soon as issues/broken items related to recovery
- please collect all towels in the bath + leave bed linen on the bed
- Please take pictures of apartment on day of departure
NA:
- Use and treat everything with respect !
- turn off the air conditioning in case of: absence + open windows
- Tip hot days:
open all windows + terrace doors, gives nice breeze through apartment
